LITERATURE CIRCLES

We've began reading two books in class; however, each student is only reading one book.  It resulted with the girls reading Speak and the boys are reading Slam.  Each group progresses independently and works as a team to hold discussions, answer comprehension questions and determine each day's reading goal.  I've enjoyed watching the students take ownership with this!  For more information on the books please refer to the links below!
